Don't be afraid to say no,
To that which offends you,
To that which doesn't align,
To that which robs your spirit,
To that which doesn't feel right,
To that which others expect of you,
To that which you don't want to do,
To that which doesn't belong to you,
To that which exhausts and drains you,
To that which feels like an old version of you,
To that which you think you should say yes to,
To that which preys on your tendency to please,
To that which echoes of voices that are not yours.

Don't be afraid to say yes,
To that which heals your pain,
To that which sparks your soul,
To that which is meant for you,
To that which moves you onward,
To that which piques your curiosity,
To that which you think you can't do,
To that which nourishes and nurtures,
To that which feels new and unfamiliar,
To that which you think you shouldn't do,
To that which might seem selfish to others,
To that which scares you, but also excites you,
To that which feels indulgent and extravagant.
