The Journey Inward

Not a wish or a dream,
Nor a passing fancy,
More than a goal or desired result.
This is a longing, a yearning,
A vision of what can be,
Of what will be.

When we embrace it, own it, declare it,
Pen our desire in the affirmative,
And then step boldly and bravely forward,
Knowing the Universe has been waiting for us,
It will answer with abundance,
As long as we are open, stay observant,
Can recognize the paths offered,
To everything we've ever wanted.

You matter,
You are deserving,
You are ready.
Listen to your longings,
Heed their call,
Nurture them,
Align your actions with them,
