Dear Love, what would you have me know today?
Peach, I want you to know quiet in the midst of chaos. I want you to know quiet in the midst of busyness. I want you to know quiet in the midst of anxiety.
My sweet, you have always handled difficult situations well. It might be said that you handled them too well, always rushing to quick fixes so that no one spent much time in discomfort, including you. You are a fixer, for sure, and that is a wonderful skill to have. At times.
But I would like you to wade further into the sea of distress. I want you to build tolerance for its waves and unpredictability. I want you to feel in your core that deep peace can be found even when the environment around you cannot be described that way. I want you to resist the desire to fix everything right then and there. Instead, you can trust that the Universe will bring solutions to you when the time is right. Problems will be solved in ways that you could not have even imagined from your own frame of reference.
Peach, what I am asking seems like an oxymoron…to be peaceful when there is unrest. But you have already gained experience with this, recognizing and labeling your feelings, catching and releasing them.
I want you to know in times like now, when you are busy preparing for your house closing, trying to make doctor appointments, and serving in a new role at work, you can be at peace, even as you feel stressed and anxious.
Peach, you are well every single day because you love yourself and show up for yourself. On any given day, you might not feel good, but you are always well. That is your peace.
