I am angry!
I am ANGRY!
Where once I was afraid,
Afraid to feel and express it,
I now look to claim it,
Reclaim it,
Integrate it into myself,
And see its awesome healing power.

I say the word a lot now,
ANGER!
I love to hear it roll off my tongue,
Or ricochet around my brain,
But I'm not content to stop there,
For I have begun to collect other words,
Synonyms, same-vibes, resonant,
All powerful words.
