The Journey Inward

Inside of a studio is a group of women, yearning for more,
And inside a group of women is a knowing, a shared experience in the world,
And inside a knowing is intuition, a turning toward and away from,
And inside intuition is trust, daily rituals that are promises to Self,
And inside of trust is peace, a feeling of ease radiating within and without,
And inside of peace is embodiment, the connection of mind and body,
And inside of embodiment is empowerment, having choice and voice,
And inside of empowerment is resilience, the ability to repair and reclaim,
And inside of resilience is strength, the fortitude to advocate for ourselves and others,
And inside of strength is a studio, full of women who manifest their more.

this poem is dedicated to my Tuesday night women who commit to themselves and each other.
