Joy and Happiness

List 30 things that make you happy.

According to Brene Brown, Happy is a human emotion brought on by circumstances and is external; it represents a freedom from care and worry or good fortune. Conversely, Joy is a spiritual connection, constantly tethered to the heart; a joyful life is made up of moments gracefully strung together by trust, gratitude, inspiration and faith. Living with an attitude of gratitude is a way of thinking, not necessarily behaving.

  1. I could have written this list myself. LOVE absolutely everything, except maybe the tennis/pickle ball HA! Have yet to play, but know it would be fun.
