When are you most happy?
I am happiest when I am living in alignment and gratitude and am mindful in the moment.
I am blessed with friendships I’ve cultivated throughout my life, evolving relationships with my amazing daughters as they transition into adulthood, a supportive family, a job I love and witness the impact of daily, and my cozy home, which is my sanctuary.
I am happiest outside, in nature, moving.
I am happiest when I can just be, and not try to have it all figured out, instead living with a sense of mysticism and magic to explain the uncertainties in life.
I am happiest when I accept that all of my experiences have made me richer, deeper, more complex and yet simpler, wiser, empathetic, and discerning.
I am happiest when I remember that no one can disrupt my peace without my permission.
