The Journey Inward

I am in love with so many words that I don’t think I could ever choose just one as my favorite. My word of the year for 2024 is story, so I will write about that one. This year, I have focused on getting to know my story, accepting my story, loving my story, and dreaming about where my story will take me next. This word has held so much power for me this year, and has taken me on a true journey. Recently, that journey took a twist, brought about by one of the main characters. But because I’m in my ninth month of embracing STORY, I am not fearful, nor do I question. I know these chapters are unfolding just as they should and the next ones hold so much promise.
