How often do you walk or run?
Every. Single. Day. One or the other or both. It’s my time to connect with the natural world. It’s my time to be present, curious, and observant. It’s my time to gain clarity by processing what’s on my mind. It’s my time to see neighbors, houses, gardens. It’s my time to see what’s new in town. It’s my time to challenge my body. It’s my time to take care of myself. It’s my time to listen to a podcast or catch up with a friend. It’s my time.
